Privacy notice & practices
This document explains which professional information Välittäjähaku processes, the legal basis for processing, and how directory information is collected, reviewed and published.
Controller
Välittäjähaku maintains a directory of real-estate professionals, agencies and public purchase witnesses in Finland. Contact tiedot@valittajahaku.fi about privacy matters.
Information processed
We process names, professional roles, qualifications, companies, service areas, languages and public business contact details. Home addresses, private phone numbers and copied profile photographs are not published.
Purpose and legal basis
Information is processed so that consumers can find and compare professional service providers. Processing is based on the legitimate interests of the controller and service users.
Sources and retention
Information comes from company websites, public registers, professional profiles and property marketplaces. Records are reviewed regularly and removed when their accuracy can no longer reasonably be established.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information. You may also object to processing on grounds relating to your situation. Requests are handled without undue delay.
Audience measurement and cookies
Analytics starts with your consent. After consent, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4 measurement to help us understand page use and improve the service.
The choice is stored in your browser. You can change it through Cookie settings on the site. Analytics processing is based on consent.
Collection
Research collects only public professional information. Each fact is stored internally with its source and observation time.
Standardisation
Professional titles and service areas are mapped to a shared classification. Qualifications are added only when a source states them clearly. Conflicts are resolved using the newest, most direct and reliable source, and the interpretation is documented internally.
Publication
A new profile remains outside search engines until a separate indexing audit approves it. Empty or very limited area searches do not create indexable pages.
